Shipping & Returns

Most all of our shipping is through FedEx, except for drums, pallets and other products or configurations that exceed 150 lbs. We will always use the best method for shipping your order. Should we find that the shipping costs will be different from what you were initially charged, we will notify you as to what the change in cost is.

Jack’s Magic reserves the right to decline refunds to any customers who purchase products before or without consulting a Jack’s Magic technician. Any returns must be pre-approved and the customer must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Jack’s Magic prior to returning any product. Shipping back to the JM warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

There is no obligation to purchase product; Jack’s Magic will offer support regardless of whether you purchase or have purchased any product.

The JM team encourages you to use our Dealer Locator to purchase products locally to support your area small businesses. However, please note that Jack’s Magic cannot refund purchases made through these vendors.

Although you may find Jack’s Magic products for sale on Amazon and other internet sites, Jack’s Magic as a company does not fulfill through Amazon. We’d be happy to answer questions relating to product application or usage, but we are unable to answer any questions relating to Amazon orders. If you have a concern with an order purchased through Amazon, please contact the vendor you purchased your products from. You can find the vendor you purchased from by reviewing your orders and looking for the “sold by” text under the product name.
